Saddle Club Trail Ride

Use this form if you are planning on attending the next Saddle Club Trail Ride at Fants Grove. The form will close a few days prior to the day of the ride.

Trailering Release

This form is for those who are having their horse trailered by the farm. It releases the farm from liabilities associated with trailering. 

$0.75 per mile

Riding Release of Liability

This form is for anyone who is riding on the farm. It releases the farm from the liabilities associated with horseback riding.
